Our 19,000 m2 covered facility, equipped with EOT and Gantry cranes is utilized for the fabrication of various sizes of pipe spools in CS, solid CRA and CS Inconel 625/825 cladded configurations. Cladded pipes are being spooled of various diameters and thicknesses. Our manual welding team is very experienced and qualified for multiple procedures.

Our pipe spooling process is also equipped with automated welding solutions which include sub arc stations, auto butt welding rigs and 60 inverter type welding machines capable of producing in excess of 30,000 dia inch/month. In house QA/QC includes RT and UT weld examination plus hydro testing with the possibility of onsite welding services to enable SPW to offer a turnkey solution to meet client requirement.
