At SPW we aim to obtain desired material properties by utilizing our cutting edge heat treatment facility. Which consists of furnaces that are accurate and maintain consistent temperature control across the hearth, allied to rapid transfer time to our state of the art quenching facility to ensure our customers optimum achievable properties from any material which they present to us.

There are three available furnaces with temperatures range up to 1200 °C allowing heat treatment services to include Normalizing, Annealing, Austenizing, Tempering and Stress Relieving to be offered.
